Post 4: Time travel to the past or future

 Hello everybody!

Today, I want to discuss the intriguing concept of time travel. The moment I stumbled upon this idea, my mind immediately wandered to the beloved film "Back to the Future". In this movie, the protagonist inadvertently travels back in time, altering future events when he encounters his own father.

While I am tempted to journey into the past to witness the Big Bang (despite the lack of oxygen molecules required for survival), to venture to Ancient Greece and converse with the great minds of Plato and Aristotle, or to go to Florence and talk to Leonardo da Vinci about his works (which would be my favourite option from the past), I think the best is yet to come. I would definitely travel to the future!

Specifically, I would embark on a journey 500 or 1000 years ahead, remaining within the borders of Chile. I am curious to witness the progress and development of the country where I live, particularly in terms of nature conservation, animal welfare, and the well-being of its people. Upon returning to the present, armed with newfound knowledge, I could actively contribute ideas to enhance our society.

Moreover, I would extend my travels beyond Chile to countries unaffected by conflict. Italy, UK and New York stand out as exemplary destinations due to their status as cultural hubs. Immerse myself in these diverse environments for approximately a year, learning all that I can.

  1. It's a hard decision to choose travel to the future because the things you see may not happen, but it's really interesting that you want to talk with Da Vinci
